Are these tickets following official Tambola rules?
Yes — each ticket is a 3×9 grid with 15 numbers total: exactly 5 numbers per row and 4 blank cells per row. Column 1 contains numbers 1–9, column 2 contains 10–19, and so on up to column 9 with 80–90. Numbers within each column appear in ascending order.
