Welcome to Kitty Party Club

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kitty Party Club mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About Kitty Party Club

Kitty Party Club provides an online housie experience with multiplayer rooms (real players and optional bots), virtual points, and a rewards store. Kitty Party Club does not offer real-money gambling. Virtual points have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and app store policies.

Account & Security

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile details and for safeguarding your device and authentication methods (e.g., phone number verification).
  • You agree not to create accounts using false identity or on behalf of someone else without permission.

Virtual Points and Store

  • Virtual points are for in-app entertainment only and have no monetary value outside the Service.
  • Points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Store redemptions are subject to availability and additional terms shown at checkout.

Club Membership

  • Kitty Party Club membership costs ₹99 per month (Monthly plan) or ₹199 every 3 months (3 Months plan). New members get the first day free.
  • On Android, membership is billed through UPI Autopay. On iPhone, it is billed through your Apple App Store account.
  • Membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month, or every 3 months on the 3 Months plan) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the app (or from your App Store subscriptions on iPhone), and it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. A Monthly member who switches to the 3 Months plan moves over when the paid month ends.
  • Membership fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or by the refund policy of the app store you paid through.
  • We may change the membership price with advance notice in the app. A new price applies only from your next billing period.

Digital Gold

Kitty Party Club separately offers an optional feature to buy and sell real digital gold (24K, backed by physical gold held in secure custody) through our partner SafeGold. Digital Gold is separate from, and unrelated to, virtual points.

  • The minimum purchase amount for Digital Gold is ₹100. Prices are set at the live market rate for gold at the time of your transaction and will fluctuate.
  • Buying Digital Gold is available to Kitty Party Club members, including during the 1 day free membership period. Members receive a Member's Reward: additional gold, shown before each purchase, that forms part of the total gold credited. Selling Digital Gold is available to all users, whether or not they are members.
  • Kitty Party Club offers only the ability to buy and sell Digital Gold. We do not offer physical gold delivery, gold leasing, or jewellery exchange.
  • Digital Gold is held on your behalf by our vault partner and reflected as a balance in your account. It is not a bank deposit, savings scheme, or investment product, and Kitty Party Club does not guarantee any return on Digital Gold.
  • Our relationship with you in respect of Digital Gold is that of seller and purchaser (and, where you choose to sell, purchaser and seller in reverse) only. We do not provide investment advice, and this is not a fiduciary or advisory relationship.
  • Digital Gold purchases and sales may be subject to additional identity verification requirements imposed by our vault or custody partner, which can vary based on your account balance.
  • Neither Kitty Party Club nor its partners are a bank, NBFC, or RBI-regulated deposit-taking institution, and Digital Gold is not insured as a bank deposit would be.

Before using this feature and before buying Digital Gold, you are also recommended to read the terms of service and privacy policy of Digital Gold India Private Limited (SafeGold), which can be accessed at https://app.safegold.com/terms-of-use. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of SafeGold, the terms of SafeGold in relation to the purchase and/or sale of gold shall prevail. These Terms and the terms and conditions of SafeGold both apply to you once you avail of the Digital Gold feature and purchase gold.

Location & Time Zone

With your permission, we use approximate location and/or device time zone to show correct local times for upcoming housie events and to improve scheduling. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Notifications

With your permission, we send notifications about reminders, game updates, and offers. You can manage notifications in the app or your device settings.

User Conduct

  • Do not upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, or violates others' rights.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service or its security.
  • Do not impersonate someone else or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including logos, designs, and content, is owned by Kitty Party Club or its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for other lawful reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitty Party Club will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by in-app notice or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
