How it works

    Connect your accounts

    Connect your WhatsApp Business number and Instagram account through Meta's official sign up. You can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone.

    Write your messages

    Create your templates, choose which moments send which message, and set limits like sending hours and a daily cap.

    Go live and chat

    Messages go out automatically. When a customer replies, you continue the chat yourself in your WhatsApp Business app or Instagram inbox.

Your customers' data is safe

  • We use only the official WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram APIs provided by Meta.
  • We message only customers who have agreed to hear from the business. Anyone who replies STOP is never messaged again.
  • Each business sees and controls only its own messages and customers.
  • We never sell customer data or use it for anything other than providing this service.

Who we are

Kitty Party for Business is built by the team behind Kitty Party Club, the online Housie and social games app for women across India. We use these same tools to talk to our own members every day, and we are open to all small businesses, with a special focus on women-led ones.
